A few days ago we lost a good friend his name was Bernard G Madrid . For those of you who knew him you'd know he wasn't the most organized or well dressed and when he started a project he'd destroy an entire warehouse ???? . What this gentleman did have is a heart of gold and loyalty for miles. He would literally give you the shirt off his back and some words of encouragement followed by at least three of his life stories relative or not and as many cocktails you could put away. ... If you were a friend of his he'd answer the phone at the crack of dawn or midnight to chat. I had the pleasure of working side by side with him for 7 years. We had many good times building together and he wasn't always the easiest guy to work with as the Bman was pretty hard headed but he did end up giving me the reigns on a pinnacle piece of process needed at Modular Wind Energy. Here is a picture of Bernard overseeing me clean the joint section of the first succcesfully tested MWE wind turbine blade after everyone had gone home after 15-16 hours.
